This website is run by Hulland Ward Parish Council. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

New documents we publish after the 23 September 2020 should be accessible.
We know that some of our older documents (published before 23 September 2018) are not accessible. For example, some of them:
· are not written in plain English
· are online forms that are difficult to navigate using just a keyboard
· contain images without a textual description
· include complex tables
· are forms which have guidance in a separate PDF to help completion
This mostly applies to these document types:

The following are items which do not meet the accessibility regulations:
· Privacy Notices are only available in PDF format
· Justified text on Email Newsletter and Planning page
We plan to make changes to the above items by December 2020.
When we will do our utmost to ensure that documents meet the new accessibility standards.
There’s no way to skip the repeated content in the page header (for example, a ‘skip to main content’ option).
It’s not always possible to change the device orientation from horizontal to vertical without making it more difficult to view the content.
